It is produced with automated systems under strict quality control measures and without any processes involving human manipulation of the product. The particles contained in the product are from one to ten microns, giving it an extraordinarily creamy texture.
The sterilization process is carried out at a low temperature to preserve the principal nutrients of the almond. ALMENDRINA therefore maintains the following components: vitamins A, B1, B2, C, PP and E; minerals: calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, phosphorous y sulphur; proteins, carbohydrates and vegetable fat.

The most common use of ALMENDRINA is in the preparation of almond milk. To prepare, you only have to mix one or two soupspoons of ALMENDRINA with ten tablespoons of hot or cold water.
